By applying for a listing, you acknowledge that CDN reserves the right to charge for the listing service and has the right to remove a listing if the listing professional cancels their subscription or fails to complete payment on the listing subscription.

CDN is committed to ethical practice in the perinatal professions. CDN reserves the right to decline listing applications or remove existing listings without notice or refund at its exclusive discretion at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, particularly for any ethical violation such as misrepresenting yourself or your credentials, or changing your listing in such a way that violates the terms & conditions.

Colorado Doulas Network provides randomized listings as written by the professionals to consumers according to their search parameters. CDN makes no guarantee as to the number of contacts the professional will receive while the listing is active.

You agree to only post images (photos or graphics) which you are licensed to use or to which you own the rights. CDN is not responsible for images contained in listings to which the listing professional does not have rights. The responsibility is exclusively that of the listing professional.

You agree not to post any content which is unlawful, abusive, profane, or in any other way objectionable, including but not limited to content which violates the law or the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content of your listing and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CDN and its owners against any claim against you, the material you post to the CDN, or information you transmit as a result of a contact through the CDN website.

CDN may request additional information about your business and services, or may verify your credentials as part of the approval process for your listing application. By applying for a listing, you agree to cooperate with the CDN vetting process.

Blog posts submitted to CDN for the CDN blog and for social media exposure must be your original work, and may not be duplicate content from your own or any other site to which you have submitted posts or articles. You also agree not to submit blog posts or articles to other sites which are still in approval process with CDN, or which have been approved for publication by CDN. Blog posts which are declined by CDN remain your intellectual property. Blog posts approved by CDN for publication are fully attributed to you. You agree to permit CDN to edit your work for readability, length, or clarity, or to decline submissions which may not reflect the CDN’s ethics or scope. You may submit as many blog posts as you would like. Submission is not a guarantee that all material will be published.

All listing applications go through a verification process prior to approval. By submitting your listing, you authorize Colorado Doulas Network, LLC to verify your website, research your online presence, and otherwise verify your business.

Your Colorado Doulas Network listing includes space to upload a head shot, or if you prefer, your logo. By uploading a photo or logo graphic, you are affirming your rights to use said photo/graphic for commercial purposes.
